@dori im sorry about your bad sleep. it sounds a lot like whats been happening to me lately, i cant seem to sleep for longer than three or four hours at a stretch. I hope something improves for you soon

@yesworms your updates have interested me a lot. the vow of silence you took particularly stuck with me because I've also considered doing something like that at different times. I still think a lot about the value of silence, and wonder about what it would feel like to really commit to it sometime. my present circumstances don't really make room for such a thing, but maybe someday! I wish you the best of luck on your travels, and pls have fun with Hank <3
